Easy Street part 5

I'm feeling kind of disappointed, because I'm behind....
I just started today part 5, Christmas took all of my time, and besides that, I worked too!!

Because I don't want to skip a step, I cut and sew a few pieces to see how it looks like.

I kind of like it... Being purple not in my list of favorite colors....

And my box is getting full.!!!!

I hope next step we start putting some pieces together :)

Easy Street - part 4

Well, this weekend was busy, with end of the year party and family functions.

But I sew a little, even with my husband complains ("where are you? Are you meditating or sewing?"
I answer "both !!"

We are half way from the end of the mystery, I'm going to miss the waiting for next-clue-Friday ....

Some pictures if some flying geese , tomorrow probably I will finish the other 60 😃.

Easy Street Mystery quilt -part 3

I'm so happy that now I can use my favorite color: TEAL

And I decided to include some music on my quilt too, look the black on white fabric !!

I still had 50 more flying geese to finish, but I couldn't resist to start the part 3!

I'm sewing both at the same time, part 2 & 3, and I can't stop!!

I really enjoy this mystery quilt, and my friend Denise knew that: I'm hooked!!!

Thanks Bonnie :)

Easy Street - Part II

Well, I'm not a fan of making flying geese, but I think after 100+ pieces, I will be a pro!

I love the rulers that Bonnie recommended and after following her directions ( don't need to say I wasn't reading before...) first sew all one side of the triangle, iron and see the other side.

Lets say that I'm proud if myself today :)

Thanks Bonnie to help me to perfect my flying geese :)
